| Description of the problem | Upon refueling this 2005 mercedes benz e500 vehicle according to the owners manual, within an hour the car exhibits gasoline odors emitting from the interior of the car as well as strong gasoline odor from outside of the car. This lasts until the gas indicator shows roughly 50% to 60% of fuel remaining. We have previously owned a 2003 mercedes benz e320 as well with a the exact same issue, we ended up trading that car in on march 23, 2011.
